We want you to be satisfied with every Somnus Co order. If something is not right, we will fix it.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

To start a return, email us at info@somnusco.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened: Magnesium Glycinate capsules, sleep masks.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@somnusco.com with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Late or missing refunds If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank. Then contact us at info@somnusco.com and we will investigate.
